Love Your Gut Smoothie

Here’s a recipe for a smoothie that you can have on the go that your gut will LOVE!
What you’ll need:
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon almond butter
3 teaspoons kefir yogurt (no sugar added)
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2-1 cup water (depends how thick you like your smoothie)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
1 kale leave properly washed and massaged
Instructions:
Place everything in a high powered blender
Blend
And enjoy!
