Love Your Gut Smoothie

Here’s a recipe for a smoothie that you can have on the go that your gut will LOVE!


What you’ll need:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

  • 1 teaspoon almond butter

  • 3 teaspoons kefir yogurt (no sugar added)

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1/2-1 cup water (depends how thick you like your smoothie)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 kale leave properly washed and massaged


Instructions:

Place everything in a high powered blender

Blend

And enjoy!
