My story?
I’m still figuring this out, so I guess that means I’m still writing my story..
But my love for health and wellbeing led me to becoming a holistic health coach and focusing on self-care and getting to know yourself and knowing the importance of YOU.
Focusing on you helps you become a better you; I learned the hard way after becoming a mother. I went through a very bad PPD after my first baby, and I wanted to prevent that from happening after my second baby; I’m not saying it was smooth sailing, I had my ups and downs, but eventually go there once I reconnected with myself.
That happened when I was able to put myself first and take care of myself helped me from falling back to where I didn’t want to be.
This journey helped me become a better mom, better human being, helped me understand what I’m putting into my body, and how my body responds to certain situations.
AND helped me accept the fact that I’m a human being and my path will keep changing but putting myself first will guide me in paving it MY way.
It’s not perfect but I’m happy because I feel great.
As a health coach I would love to help guide you out in your health and well-being journey and understanding the importance of what you put in your body and your surroundings are equally as important.
Remember: Self-care is important to everyone; putting yourself first and prioritising yourself will help you get back on track, help you find the YOU you want to become.
If you feel better you’ll eat better.. and there’s no harm in enjoying a slice of cake as long as you maintain YOUR balance.
